Elvira Fernández de Córdoba y Manrique (died 1524), was a Spanish noblewoman, the only daughter of Gonzalo Fernández de Córdoba, a Spanish general involved with the Italian Wars and Viceroy of Naples in 1503–1507.
She married in 1518, Luis Fernández de Córdoba.
Elvira died quite young from childbirth, in 1524, and her husband Luis, also quite young, in Rome, Italy, in 1526.
